How to Log In and Fix Locked Accounts

Login is username or mobile, password, sometimes OTP. 7POKIES won't email you a "new login page" with a weird domain. Type the site or use a bookmark.

No account yet? That's the registration tutorial, not this page.

Login Steps

  1. Open the official site or the mobile app.
  2. Enter mobile or username, then password.
  3. Complete OTP if asked. It expires. Don't share it.
  4. If you land in the lobby, you're in. Cashier is the next stop when you need funds — deposit tutorial.

Common Locks

Phishing

Staff never ask for your password in DM. If a "support" link feels off, stop and open chat from the real lobby. Extra questions sit on the FAQ.

After You Get Back In

If the lock followed a clone-site scare, change the password and check recent logins with chat. Then leave the cashier alone for a minute. A panic deposit "to test" after a lock isn't a test. It's another ticket. Bookmark the real URL again. Autocomplete sometimes holds the fake one you typed in a rush.

Password Reset Without Making a Mess

  1. Use Forgot password on the real domain only.
  2. OTP or a reset link goes to the mobile or email on file.
  3. Set a new password you haven't used on Facebook or Gmail.
  4. Log in once. Don't reset three times because the first SMS was slow.

If the reset never arrives, you're not out of luck. Chat with the username. Don't invent a twin account. Twin accounts are how both get frozen, including the one that still has cash.

New Phone, New Browser, Travel SIM

A new device often triggers OTP. That's meant to happen. A travel SIM can break OTP if the old number is still on the profile. Update the number through support after you prove the account — not through a DM.

Clone Sites in Ads

Ads copy the red 7 and the chip. The URL is the tell. 7pokies.online is the one to bookmark. Extra dashes, weird country codes, or a page that only asks for seed phrases — leave. If you already typed a password on a clone, change it on the real site and tell chat. Do it the same day.

Too Many Tries

Five wrong passwords isn't a puzzle. Wait. Reset. Chat. Hammering guesses can lock you at the worst time — usually when you wanted to cash out. The money is still on the account. The door is just closed.

Login Tutorial Questions

I forgot my password. Do I create a new account?

No. Reset on the official login screen. A second account can freeze both, including the one that still holds your AUD. Wait for the OTP instead of starting over.

OTP comes to the wrong number.

You can't quietly swap numbers in a chat message. Prove the account, then ask support to update it. A travel SIM without that update will keep failing OTP.

Can I stay logged in on two phones?

Often yes, but a new device may kick the old session. That's a security feature. If you didn't buy a new phone, treat a kick as a reason to change the password.

The page looks like 7POKIES but the URL is different.

Leave. Bookmark 7pokies.online. Don't type secrets on a clone. If you already did, change the password on the real site the same day and tell chat.

I'm locked after a night out. Is the money gone?

A lock isn't a confiscation. Chat with your username. Don't send ID in a random Telegram. Too many password guesses is a closed door, not an empty wallet.

Reset SMS is slow. Should I tap resend ten times?

No. Wait a minute, resend once, then chat. Ten resets can lock the channel and delay the one code that would have worked.
